In the Gallery...

Our new gallery show for August celebrates the Art League of Montgomery County.  All the members of the league were invited to include work.

The purpose of The Art League of Montgomery County is to promote the welfare of art in Montgomery County by providing encouragement to artists and advancing art in the community.  The Art League is comprised of local artists, those who enjoy and appreciate art and those that want to encourage and support the arts in Montgomery County.  New members are welcome.

The purpose of the gallery is to share a variety of art with the community...this Art League exhibit shares a wide variety -- all in one show. There is something here for everyone to enjoy.  The eclectic mix includes everything from paintings and photography, to fiber art, bookmaking and much more.

The Art League has 172 members, and a third of the members have work on display. More than 100 pieces are displayed.
